Plain-language privacy and terms.
This site collects as little as possible. There are no accounts and no advertising trackers, and this site sets no cookies of its own.
Contact form
When you send a message, your name, email address and message are delivered to me by email through an email-delivery provider so I can reply. The website itself does not store them in a database. Server logs record only a random request ID and whether delivery succeeded, never your name, email or message.
Spam protection
The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to tell people from bots. When you open the form, Google's script loads and assesses the interaction; Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. It is not loaded on pages where you do not use the form.
Analytics
I count a small set of anonymous events, such as which chapter was opened or whether a contact message was sent, plus page-speed measurements. No cookies, device identifiers or IP addresses are stored with these events, and nothing you type into the contact form is ever sent to analytics. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, no events are recorded.

To ask what I hold about you, or to have a message you sent deleted, use the contact form and say so. I will reply and act on it.
Artificial Intelligence Content & Copyright Notice
Parts of this website utilize images and content generated using artificial intelligence (AI) tools. I use these tools in good faith under commercial licensing agreements, and I do not claim exclusive copyright ownership over raw, unaltered AI outputs. Because AI models train on vast amounts of data, I cannot guarantee that an output will not inadvertently resemble pre-existing work. If you are a copyright holder and believe that any AI-generated asset on this website infringes upon your original work, please contact me immediately at email@eyalventures.com with details of the asset and proof of ownership so I can promptly investigate and remove the content if necessary.
